INTRODUCTION
A coffee roastery in Latvia that’s roasting more than 60 tonnes a year ( top 5 in Latvia ) asked us to grow their Instagram account, but they did not have a big budget as they just created the brand (before they worked as a sub-brand).

1. Use giveaways as the main new followers channel
2. Create collabs with agencies (Wild.Creative) existing clients to boost results
3. Create more videos to get as much organic reach as possible

2. Branded giveaways brought 300 new followers and was a great boost at the start.
